Salvador Rodriguez, 42, was charged in connection to the June shooting outside the neighborhood night club.
Salvador Rodriguez has been charged in connection to a triple shooting outside the Stratos nightclub on Ocean Avenue near Balboa Park, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office announced.
Rodriguez was arrested on July 27 in Redwood City and arraigned on Aug. 3, pleading not guilty to all charges and allegations.

Brazen shootings like the one that Mr. Rodriguez is accused of will be prosecuted vigorously by my office on behalf of the victims and city residents who just want to feel safe in their own neighborhoods.”
Rodriguez is charged with attempted murder, two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm, one count of being a violent felon in possession of a firearm, one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a loaded firearm in a public place, possession of a concealed firearm and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
Forty-two-year-old Rodriguez, who remains in custody, is alleged to have shot three people on June 10, 2023. All survived.
Rodriguez’s next court date is Aug. 16, 2023, for the preliminary hearing, and he is also on felony probation in connection to a previous assault with a deadly weapon conviction.
