Ingleside's Palms Are Struggling. There's No Replacement Plan
Palms are a "California" aesthetic choice that doesn’t work in foggy Ingleside but there’s more to the story.
The Ingleside Light is compiling a questionnaire for the mayor and District 7 and 11 supervisor candidates. Let us know what questions you have.
The November election will be here in no time. And there are so many important candidates on the ballot.
That's why we're compiling a questionnaire to understand the positions of all candidates for mayor and District 7 and District 11 supervisor. We want to ask them about the issues that matter most to people who live, work, study and play in the greater Ingleside.
Here are some examples of real questions readers want to know:
Before the accreditation crisis drastically reduced its student body, City College of San Francisco was one of the largest employers in the city. How will you work with its leaders to restore its place as an economic driver in the city?
As mayor, will you commit to finishing the renovation of the Geneva Office Building in your first term?
A good chunk of the Balboa Park Station Area Plan has been completed but much has not. What will you push forward in your term in office?
Please submit your questions no later than Friday, July 12.
We’ll send you our must-read newsletter featuring top news, events and more each Thursday.
