The greater Ingleside neighborhood is patrolled by both Taraval and Ingleside police stations. The following is drawn from station crime blotters and does not include all reported incidents.
Sunday, March 15, 2020
Taraval Police Station officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress at 4:24 p.m. on the 300 block of Westgate Drive and located two suspects entering their stolen property-filled truck. One suspect attempted to flee on foot and was detained by the officers while the second suspect drove away, nearly striking nearby officers. The first suspect was arrested.
A vehicle was reported burglarized at 8:00 p.m. on the first block of Cedro Avenue.
A vehicle was reported burglarized at 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of Ocean and Capitol avenues.
A hit-and-run traffic collision between two vehicles was reported at 4:33 p.m. at the intersection of Westgate Drive and Darien Way.

An incident of unlawful entry was reported at 1:04 p.m. on the 800 block of Urbano Drive.

A vehicle was reported burglarized at 3:51 p.m. on the 1800 block of Ocean Avenue.
Friday, March 20, 2020
A white 2001 Jeep Cherokee was reported stolen at 1:40 p.m. on the 3900 block of Alemany Boulevard.
A traffic collision involving two vehicles was reported at 4:59 p.m. at the intersection of Brotherhood Way and Arch Street.
Saturday, March 21, 2020
A forced-entry burglary was reported at 11:11 a.m. on the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue.
An incident of shoplifting was reported at 11:52 a.m. on the 1600 block of Ocean Avenue.
An incident of vandalism to a vehicle was reported at 8:52 p.m. on the 200 block of Victoria Street.
