The development team behind the 1,100-unit housing project on the Balboa Reservoir will be holding a public meeting on the morning of Saturday, Sept. 10.
“We will be providing an overall update on the project, discussing the design of the townhouse parcel and voting on street names!” according to the announcement. “Our team has been focusing on how we can expand homeownership opportunities for families in San Francisco and are excited to show you what these units look like.”
AvalonBay Communities and partners have not held a community meeting since October 2021. The development team stated they will hold another meeting at the end of the year about anticipated construction work in 2023.
