An additional popup COVID-19 testing facility will be available on Fridays because of advocacy by the Invest Black initiative.
Every Friday this month, a popup facility for drop-in COVID-19 testing will be open for residents on Broad Street.
The free testing will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Aug. 7, Aug. 14, Aug. 21 and Aug. 28 in the parking lot used by Catholic Charities located at 50 Broad St. No appointment is required.
The popup testing is a partnership of the Invest Black initiative’s Inner City Youth, Our Kids First, Youth 1st, Catholic Charities, YMCA Urban Services, Southwest Community Corporation-I.T. Bookman Community Center, OMI Childcare Providers and the Office of District 11 Supervisor Ahsha Safai, according to a promotional flyer.
City College of San Francisco’s flagship Ocean Campus hosts a test site run by the State of California at its Student Health Center located at 50 Frida Kahlo Way on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
