Curious about the various transportation projects in the southern region of the city?
On Wednesday May 19, 2010, the Balboa Park Station area transportation update meeting will be held at Lick-Wilmerding High School from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sponsored by District 11 Supervisor John Avalos, SFMTA, the Planning Department, the Transportation Authority and BART.
Topics will range from Balboa Park Station’s Westside Walkway and new station entrance, the Phelan Loop Area project, other potential station/stop access improvements, and transit enhancements along Geneva Avenue. Also, information about the St. Francis Circle construction project and bus replacement service for the K-line and M-line will be addressed.
